Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Below you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for our portable fan.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

To offer you the lowest possible price on our portable fan, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your country's local postal service and customs processing.

Once your fan has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or via international tracking services (such as 17track). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

We do our best to ensure a smooth delivery. However, our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We ship strictly to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing or incorrect address details.
